Senior Accountant
Job Requirements
  • Ability to understand accounting theories
  • Understanding tally and related applications
  • MS Office Proficiency & Email Efficiency
  • 7+ Years of Accounting Experience
  • Bachelors Degree and M.Com Part 1 & 2 (Certificate Mandatory)
  • Ability to understand any accounting problems and issues
  • Ability to work independently without any direction from management
Job Role
  • Prepare Financial statement and supporting documents.(daily, monthly, yearly)
  • Managing books of accounts
  • Preparing Annual return for ROC, filing I/T returns.
  • Prepare and scrutinize accounts related documents.
  • Prepare reconciliation statements.
  • Maintain records on all financial transactions.
  • Managing all employees salary on monthly basis.
  • Analyze company related financial issues.
  • Support with financial and tax audits.
  • Complies with legal requirements.
  • Manage accounts related documentation and folders.
  • High organizational and interpersonal skill.
  • Represent company on various platforms.
  • Lead accounts department as per company standards.
  • Ability to co-ordinate with all employees and management.
  • Follow up with banks and financial.
  • Supervise day to day accounting activities of the company.
  • Any other finance and account related activity.

Job Requirements
  • Developing local vendors and reducing the cost of procuing material
  • 3+ years experience in procuring material from national and international market
  • Expereincing in tender filling
  • Allocating alternative vendors and allocating appropriately
  • Supervising vendors and handle vendor enquiries
  • Excellent communication skills and Industrial background
  • Commerce graduate mandatory (Engineering background preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Manages and Supervises multiple vendors

  • Co-ordinates activites in procuing goods for company
  • Communicates activel with HOD and managements
  • Co-operates with employees for a final outcome
  • Entering data and creating a purchase file system

Job Requirements
  • A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent (certificates mandatory)
  • Recognized qualification / Experience in Technical and project management.
  • Knowledge and Experience in delivering projects and maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to handle turkey contracts.
  • 5 plus years of experience .
  • Experience in Technical drafting and safety methods.
  • Proficiency in M.S. office suite.
  • Strong written and , oral and inter personal skills.

  • Provides technical direction in design development and system integration according to manufacturers quality and safety standard.
